Refunds and Returns Policy

Overview

You can dive into the course for 7 days and experience the power of tuning into your inner wisdom to identify how to design a life you love. If you are not satisfied with the results, you can request a refund within 7 days. This entire program is designed to help you put the knowledge that you’re learning into action. You will be asked to share your implementation and results in the program to qualify for a refund.

Our refund and returns policy lasts 7 days. If more than 7 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a full refund.

To process your refund request, we require the following via email at support@balwell.com:

  1. Your order number and name
  2. Proof of purchase (receipt or email notification of the successful purchase) 
  3. Your reason for requesting a refund or exchange of the course

Refunds

Once your refund email is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your refund request. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items

If an item was on sale, it will be refunded for the value it was purchased at.
